I think because it is the last day of the month...might not be a good date...The reason I think is many people have bills due. rent, mortgages etc...

I think if we change the date to the first weekend of August, that might be better...That's just my $0.02 worth...I'd take a poll for re-consideration of the date...

I'm gonna have to vote on Bobby's side as well on this... I won't be able to make it to the meet either on July 31st. I would hate to miss the meet, but family does come first.

By any chance the first week of August works better for others as well
