October 16

9 am: Meet at Target, SW corner Shea Blvd/Saguaro - just west of the 87 north on Shea.
10 am: Depart on 87 north.
10:30-10 We should hit the 188 junction 30-45 mins later. Right when you turn onto the 188 from the 87 there is rest area. Stop here mainly to re-group and stretch the legs a little bit. I haven't stopped here before so I don't know how much parking there is.
11:00 - Continue down 188 toward the dam.
11:30 - There is a nice picnic area down by the lake before the dam. It is on the left side of the road and there will be a "picnic area" sign and you will see some covered tables down by the lake. There should be plenty of parking here to take some group photos.
12:00 - Continue down the 188 to Globe. Even if things go slow we should be in Globe no later than 1:00.
1:00 - Lunch - nothing is certain yet but I was going to contact a mexican food place (Chalo's) that was recommended to make sure they could accomodate our group. It would be nice to keep the group together but you can eat anywhere you wish, just about every fast food place is there.
2:30 - Meet is officially over although I am sure most of us will caravan back together. I will be turning off on 79 south to Tucson.

If you plan on attending please respond to this thread so we can make sure we set lunch up at a place that can accomodate the group. If you have a recommendation for a lunch spot in Globe please feel free to share.
