That may defeat the purpose of having one person take charge of it for consistency sake. I would keep it a single individual.
I think Wendy is looking like the top choice.
BTW, I made sure I gave my user name as well as my real name at that (small) Block meet. I don't know why you wouldn't. That is how people know you on the forum...

I agree I think Wendy should be the coordinator, besides my G35 is in and out of the shop for test fittings that I'm not even sure which weekends I will even have my car and be able to make the meets. My vote is for Wendy.

In the last three meets I've attended, we have spent around an hour or two checking out each other’s cars, the modifications, and taking pictures of the cars lined together. Afterwards, we have lunch together to talk more about cars.
Like this forum, you can ask questions regarding your car during these meets. There are usually a couple of really knowledgeable guys to help you out!
We are also planning on a drive in the upcoming meeting. Check out that thread for more information.
