Wow, what an awesome meet! All together we had a total of 12 COUPES and 1 Sedan!

The meet went like so:

1. Everyone met up at Balboa Park in the last parking lot (where I had organized)

2. Meet and greet until 1:00-1:30 P.M. or so. Got to know eachother and talked G35, other cars, etc...

3. Everyone followed me down for a cruise down Ventura BLVD heading towards Topanga Canyon for a lunchtime meal at Yankee Doodles. We got looks left and right on Ventura. While crusing down, we picked up another G35 who was heading the other direction with JIC suspension, skyline emblems, 8k hids (the one I was talking about!) He saw the coupes and made a U-turn and followed us hehe. It was very impressive that we were able to stay together the whole time, just 13 G's cruising down the street.

3. Got some more pics at the Yankee Doodle Parking Lot, had lunch and talked some more.

4. Then it was time to call it quits. Overall, meet was truly badass. Thanks to everyone who came. For those who were there, I will make another thread to put our names and contact # so we know who we all were. PICS ARE COMING UP VERY SOON, hang tight, gotta upload from my camera. I have about 45 pictures! Again great turnout, I will organize another meeting for us very soon! Probably a Malibu Canyon run or so... we will see

oh and btw, OC people, hope your meet went as well as ours. It's gonna be hard to match up to such a successful meet

Had A GREAT time Today! The Cruise was Awesome! We gotta try that down Sunset Blvd some time. Just wish we could have gotten some video footage of all The G's Rollin down the street. It was amazing to see all the Heads turning as we rolled by. Only thing though where were the Other Sedans? Oh well I got to Represent All by myself.

Now if we can only get the OC people willing to drive out of OC to some central location for all of us it will be awesome... That was just an idea for next time !
It's interesting that there were far more Coupes than Sedans.

hey guyz,

well, i went to the OC meet and it went well too! There is no competition! Like E46 said! Well, i was thinking and TORRANCE is a central place between OC and the valley! what do you valley people think? If its a go, i'll start to organize something!! we can go to a Japanese resturant, someone from the OC meet owns it and we could all go there! Then we can go for a drive in P.V.(there is a nice coast and uphill climb in PV.

So what do you all think??

Heh, since the day the O.C. people became stubborn to drive down to the Valley, considering the fact that the last few meets were in O.C.

Everything's alright though, our turnout was kickass. Anyways, anyone else able to download my zip file? If not, I will send it to one of you guys and maybe you can host it? It's a 3MB file.

I would like to see a LA/OC meet also..Torrance is good. Imagine 24 plus G's cruising...

 

I think if you want to combine the meets, Pasadena or Sierra Madre area would be centrally located (i'm just saying that cause I live near there). We could all meet up at Fudruckers. Just a warning though, I think every weekend there's a car meet already there. Alot of old American Classics park there. They always have a great turn out.

I'm baffled. I was at Lake Balboa on Saturday around 12:15; I drove thru the entire area twice, never saw any G35's???

Where did I go wong????????
