There is a sports car meet right around the beginning of August and its huge. All sorts of cars show up there and I was thinking we could shouw up with a caravan of G's. Here is the Link for more info.

I think you got to sign up so that they have a good head count, but its free. Also this event is becoming very big and interesting. Las year there were close to 600 cars in attendance.

Hey I want to come to the next meet when and where is it?? I havent been following this WEST board for a while and I missed the last meets because I had some important things on those days. I will be down for the SO CAL SPORTS CAR MEET if the day is right. I dont even know when the hell it is because that web site does not give that info for some strange reason. Anyway please post back and tell me when the next meet is I wana come and meet you people.

I just got an email from the organizer saying the meet is on August 2nd. The location is unkown for now because he needs to know how many people will be there so he can choose a parking lot so that all cars will fit in there. I'll keep you guys posted and maybe we will caravan there.

 

becareful when you go every year there has been trouble. It was broken up before it even got started last yr. And every yr a few cars get too friendly with the guard rail or side of a mountain.

 

A caravan would sound nice going over there especially will all the amount of heads we turned up at the OC/Valley/Torrance meet.

 

It would be fun to drive and hang as a G group.

no no by all means go but expect for a lot of the less mature crowd to be there as well. You wont get in trouble last year i was heading out there to the meet and by the time i got to the location the cops had busted up the meet and no one was around by the time i got there.
