Bay Area dealer recommendations?
Hi folks,
I'm new here, but a veteran to many other car communities. Hopefully I can contribute in some way as I learn a little more about this car and the owners here.
In any case, I had a nasty accident with my S2000 that's left me wondering if the car is even going to be repairable, and thinking that I should be driving something less risky (hope that doesn't offend anyone).
I'm looking into a G35 Coupe 6MT w/ premium pkg. I see a couple of these at local dealership inventories online, but I'm wondering how much you guys have been paying. Personally, I'd rather go out of state than pay anything over MSRP. With the S2000, all the dealership in the Bay Area were trying to stiff me at LEAST $2k over MSRP. I got $1k under MSRP by buying out in Texas.
Anyways, any tips you guys have would be great. Any referrals to sales managers that have cut you guys excellent deals would be even better.
Thanks a lot!
Rich

Re: Bay Area dealer recommendations?
Hey Secret,
sorry to hear about the accident, but the G35 is definately a good replacement. I bought my sedan at Infiniti of Pleasanton, and they treated me fairly (paid MSRP back in June). Also, good things have been posted about Peninsula Infiniti. Best bet is to shop around and find a dealer you are comfortable with.
Best of luck!
