Hey all -

Doing a search for Discover Infiniti in these forums does not bring up good things about the dealerships and the service depts ;-). I was wondering:

Is there anyone in the San Diego area that gets their car serviced at one of the dealerships and is SATISIFIED with the service they've gotten? I'm talking mainly about the scheduled stuff - oil changes, 15k service 30k service, etc.

 

Haven't had scheduled service there yet, but had gold kit and 20% window tint installed last week in Escondido. They did a great job. Car looks like it was taken care of, and the loaner car was a good, clean, low-mileage G-Sedan.

Had a lojack installed on my G35 at Discover Infiniti in Kearny Mesa. Drove an I35 for the day. Haven't gotten past the break-in yet, so I haven't made it to the first oil change. My first one is supposed to be free, though -- they offered that to me when it took a little longer for my car to arrive than they anticipated.

My only service gripe is that my CD player is jammed and the Bose units are on backorder.. but that's not exactly under the control of the local dealerships.
