No, it wasn't me. I'm on my way home from therapy today about 11am. I make a right turn off of Harbor on Pathfinder. In opposite traffic, I see this guy in a blue mazda flashing hits headlights violently. Seeing this motion before, I quickly realized that he was telling me that there was a cop up ahead. So I stayed at 45, which is the limit. I look in my mirror, and notice a lowered, black, newer model camry closing in on me fast. I started tapping my brakes to warn him about the surprise up ahead. He got into my blind spot, held it there for a second, then he blew by me passing me on the driver's side. Right about that time, I'm passing the bike cop who was hiding in the shade, parked on the sidewalk. Well, sure enough, the cop blows by me, and starts reeling in the camry. The cop pulled him over just before Nogales. If any of you guys know the camry driver, let him know that I tried to warn him. If you have read my post called "Hot Spots" I have identified the areas around me that seem to have the most law enforcement activity. I think that post is on page 2. That could have very well been me that got caught. I'd like to buy that mazda driver a beer!

yeah. There are a lot of hidden cops. I was driving my car on Azusa.....right over the hill pass Amar. On some saturdays (near former BKK dump site) there is always a cop hidden going down the hill north, towards the 10 fwy. Also after 8am there is bike cop on Amar and Hacienda Blvd. Right near Hollywood video. Before getting the G, I would always wave "Hi" to him going to work. Funny, he would always recognize me, and wave back.

 

Exit the 57 n at Diamond Bar, go left up the hill (diamond bar Bl/Brea Canyon Cutoff) The CHP likes to hang out on the curve half way up past that midway light before pathfinder. Same spot an officer and vehicle got in a TA that resulted in someone dying last year.

Yeah. The cop always stays there on the street where hollywood video is located. I doubt that you may see him there. He's only there on weekdays around 6-8am. g35mt, you live in Garden Grove/Santa Ana. You know my area well.
