Putting my OEM Rays up for sale. I've always chosen the OEM look for wheels but for next spring I wanna try out an aftermarket look. I've taken very good care of these wheels, any marks were from the previous owner(s). Tires are done and shouldn't be driven on for anything more than a couple of days in the spring.
My price is $800 FIRM. I'll just keep the wheels if I can't get that.

Nope its not a new rule been around for a while. Can't say that I've seen it enforced very much in the past though that I can recall.
