Gen 2 has slightly larger resonators I believe that is the only way to physically tell the difference in them. I think you ended up grabbing it off the dude that I was going to try and get it from, that's the only reason I think it may have been gen 2 lol

I'll see if there is a surefire way to confirm it's the second gen, hang on a few.

 

No think I remember buying 2nd gen exhaust but just to confirm, ya I bought it off of the Grated guy with the beige nismo sedan
