sorry to interrupt the flow of price exchanges or what not, but i dont understand what the second number means in the tire sizes means ive tried looking it up but no dice; i kno what the first and last mean, but not that second one

The 2nd # is the sidewall height as a % of the width. So a 245/35ZR19 means that the width is 245 and the sidewall height is 35% of the 245.
