Sorry but the NT03 was designed as track wheel so sizes and offsets are optimal for track use with a comparable tire.
Here are the specs of the wheels and what sizes they are available in.

can i rock the NT30 18x10.5 all round on a stock ride height or can i do 18x10f 10.5r. I dont want to roll the fenders. (05 base coupe)
