Robzone the last thing I want to do is get into any snitchy type attacks against my company. I really don't have time for this. I also really don't understand or appreciate the way you are acting. We have treated you and your order with much respect including talking to you from my personal phone till 11:00 Pm on a Friday night. We are working diligently to fulfill our deadline and we want the wheels on your car just as bad as you do.
And please other forum members read the following.
1. It took one week to finally figure out Robs fitments. Between me and Rob; Ok you know the super aggressive fitment everyone has talked about and not to mention the super aggressive fitment that other wheel companies; yes you know volks, works, and many many other wheel companies that take 3 to 6 month to manufacturer what we call everybody elses wheels don't furnish.
2. The centers where cut and ready in less than 3 weeks. Yes it took me personally a couple of days to get to the centers after machining to perform inspections and testing like runout and other things that we check before applying any finishes on the wheels.
3. After inspection the wheels were finished in a beautiful gunmetal tinted clear, and Rob decided to change the finish on the centers and we did that at no charge.
4. Inner wheel halves are in but still missing some outer lips. Remember these lips are truly custom made to order they are step double roll lips 6061 T6 ( you will not find them elsewhere). I mean these lips I can have my vendor produce 1 for me if I wanted. We own the tooling for the lips but we don't own the vendor so I am very sure the we are not the vendors only client.
5. Today its been about 5 weeks we still have another week to meet the deadline. We usually offer 4 to 6 weeks unlike most other (everyones wheels company) take between 3 to 6 months.
6. I personally have been in total communication with Rob except for this week. I am sorry but as a business owner I have many things to deal with and I decide to take the whole week for business purposes only. But anyhow Mike has been in total communication with Rob this week. TRY TO ORDER A SET OF VOLKS WAIT 3 TO 6 MONTHS AND SEE WHAT TYPE OF UPDATES THEY GIVE YOU.
We have provided pictures and everything. This part of our customer services is getting jepordized due to some customers abusing its power. Yes we are considering not giving any updates like everyother wheel company out there. We see now why those companies don't offer those services.
7. And lastly ROBZONE if waiting an extra week really bothers you let me know and I will furnish your full refund ASAP.
I can not definetly have this type of bull**** media on any forum!!!!!
