The lip size and face depth is the same as the 19x9.5" +20. The 9.5" +20 has a deeper PCD area when compared to the +40mm offset.
Sorry for my ignorance but what does a deeper PCD area mean? Are you saying the +20 has a more "CONCAVED" look than than the +40? Price a set shipped to 55449?

No problem. PCD = pitch circle diameter, I.E. bolt pattern. Most, if not almost all wheels, change offset on a given width by increasing or decreasing the depth of the hub/PCD area of the wheel. This works like a built in spacer. Our 9.5" wheels in +20 and +40 both have a deep lip and concave curvature to the spokes. The +20mm offset just has a little more (20mm) material on the back side of the mounting pad to push the wheel out / increase brake clearance for certain vehicles.
PM price for 8.5 front and 9.5 rear in +40 offset with tire options shipped to 20120 please!
