you said deep lips, how deep are they?

 

The lip on the front wheels is a little bit less than 2.5" deep, and the lip depth on the rear wheels is a little bit more than 3". Since it's a stepped lip, it really depends on how you measure it.

The mesh spokes are very flat on the Privat Akzent, so the lip is truly deep, rather than the type of wheels where the spokes curve / convex outward to "increase" lip depth.

 

If only you had more aggressive offsets, I would be all over these!
