needs to clear brembos is +13 only offset available?

How do we go about paying for these?
Are they in stock?
Once you receive payment, when will they be shipped and how will they be shipped?
What's with the guy asking for a different color entirely? Athens blue? Are other colors available? I didn't think they were but he asked...
