will 245/45/18 tires rub on a 18x8.5 +38 offset in the FRONT? I have a staggered setup but i didnt wanna go with 245/40/18 because of the fender gap so i am trying to reduce it as muchas i can.. any input is appreciated!

Technically, I don't think you will have any tire rubbing issues. My snow setup is also a +38mm offset wheel but on 17" X 8" on stock 17" size tires. And my wheel also clears the Brembo calipers too. But then again, maybe it's just the design of the spokes that help to clear the calipers. 245/45/18 tires will fit nicely on 18" X 8.5" wheels. My friend is running this setup on his sedan front and rear (non staggered). The overall diameter will be a bit bigger than the recommended 245/40/18 but there's a lot of people running this size with no problems.

By the way, is yours a coupe or sedan?
