Any objections?

Just thought it would be smart to post my plans up before I drop some bills.

Privat Netz 18x8 "forged grey" all around lowered w/ Revised 350z springs on my Black/Black 05x

my vehicle w/ stock setup (just so you have an idea)

many thanks

Personally i'd go with the 19's but if you must, the netz will still look good. Go with a 245/45/18 to fill in the gap even after you're lowered.

you think its a better idea to go 19?

plans for FI in the future, so the choise has to be somewhat performance oriented. I will compare the prices.

if your plannin FI then go with the 18's, 19's just look better IMO. FI on an X eh? that'd be a first.

nah, powerhousefan (very appropriate) and Xman have FI'x's. One is Stillen and the other Vortech. I believe there is one more person...anyways powerhouse was more succesful with his. I prefere the roots setup anyways...so once stillen comes out with a 05 hood, I will be first in line!

I think the 350z suspension should help fill in the gap.

The Z suspension will help fill in the gap (i have 05 Z springs and 245/40 tires) but it wont fill in the gap as much as you'd want it to, that's why i say go with 245/45, it'll completely fill in the gap. My bad, when i see FI i always think turbo. I've seen a few X's with superchargers.

to tell ya guys the truth. I prefere the 18" coupe wheel look...but I could not find any aftermarket wheels that resembled it w/o looking cheap(except for volk CE28N...I am too irresponsible to own a pair)

same here, i'm lookin to pick up a set of coupe 18's right now, i was gonna get some 20's but decided against it for now as i have a couple more little things i wanna do to my G before i finish it off with aftermarket rims. The coupe 18's look alot bigger than 18's because the spokes are flushed to the wheel as opposed to having a lip like my stock 18 sedan sports.

well I am hearing that 18's are best with FI since you can stack on more rubber...but does mean 19's are bad? they look....soo good.

but I dont want "dubbs"....errr decisions decisions!
