make sure you wheels are mounted correctly

EDIT: or maybe some how your wheel weights fell off

no... but sometimes they may look like they are set properly and when you drive you will see the rim wobble

EDIT AGAIN: Have someone look at every wheel while you drive slowly and see if the wheels wobble

Steering wheel shake is usually caused by unbalanced wheels!

They told me it was not the balancing. The guy said it was the front tires. They are no good.

The guy? What guy? The guy on the corner smoking crack or the one at the tire shop trying to sell you tires?

how did you store the tires ?
did you stack them , or set them on the ground.
as in the tread in one spot for a long time,
this can flat spot the tires.
drive the car for 1/2 hour at highway speed to see if it goes away.

call your local nissan or infiniti dealer and find out if they have a wheel balancer made by Hunter " DSP9700"
it can measure radial force vareiation in tires and rims,
this will give a printout of RFV for rim and for tire.
use this info to find failed wheel /tire.
get the print out and return tire for defect proration.

infiniti will fix it for you
55-110 dollars depending on how much balancing you need.

could be the hub rings. some wheels come with plastic hubrings.

I sugested that earlier.... still don't think he got it.
If this is the case it's usually extreme shaking vibration, not subtle.

Sometimes when you take off an aftermarket wheel the hub ring stays on the hub. (& some times not)
Always check!!
