Just wondering If anyone have these marks on their rims.
I cant seem to get it off....

Yep, I have a few of those.. I think there is a reason but I don't remember it. Something about rotation maybe?

Leave them there.

If I remember right, they mark the high spot on the rim, and are used for matching the tire's low spot when mounting.

 

I think most people have removed the dots. Good, bad or other. It is too late now. I seriously doubt the dots will last for the life of the tires. To take them off, use your fingernail, or a popsicle stick. Something that is firm, but won't mar your wheel finish. I used a razor blade with only one minor mishap, the dots kind of pop off.

 

You will also notice that their is a dot on the tire. The robotic machine at the factory is "suppose" to match these dots up . As stated earlier, it's a balance thing.

I have them on my 2003 G35. Always wondered what they were
for? I'll leave them alone, they don't really bother me.
