Dealer scratched my wheel replacing TPS

I had a TPS changed today on my '06. When I picked up the car, I asked the service mgr. which wheel it was, and he said he didn't know.
Anyway, after dinner tonight, I go out to see if I can figure out which sensor was changed. It wasn't hard to find... it was the wheel with the scratch near the air valve.
I am going to call the service mgr. in the morning, but I'm just wondering what their responsibility is. I believe I should receive a new wheel. It was perfect this morning, and it should have been perfect tonight. It is not a big scratch (more like a gouge about 1/4" long) and deep enough to go through the clearcoat.
Any thoughts ? I only have 1,360 miles on my car and all other wheels are perfect.

if they are a good dealership... they would probably replace the rim, that is if they cant touch it up.

It is very unlikely they will replace the wheel, similar situation happen to me & they brought in someone to repair it.

Just make sure when the repair is done, your completely satisfied & it looks like brand new!

I know stupid dealers, they should punish tech's for not being careful.

Good luck!

I thought I was going to recieve superior service from Infiniti. The first time
I went there for an oil change (2 weeks ago), and there were grease marks on the gray area near the door sill, and on the door panel. When I left my car today for the TPS, I told the service mgr. I mentioned that in my satisfaction survey I was sent. He said he would be sure to check my car today before I picked it up.
I have a big mouth, and they will make me happy or I will complain more loudly. Their service dept. had better shape up, or my satisfaction surveys will continue to give them failing grades (and I know they don't like that).

I will report today's scratch in my next survey.
