No..max rec is 51!!!!

Average is anywhere from 36-44 - depending on ride and desired effect.

I can't answer that - I change mine all the time. Weather, racing, canyon runs, etc...I go from 28lbs to 42 lbs any given day or throughout a day sometimes!!! I've got a pressure adjuster in the car!!
