Thumpety, thump, thump

There's been a lot of heated debate over the premature tire wear / feathering issues leading to tire "roar". Now hear me out for a second. I have a noise problem that is a little different. At low speeds (15 - 30 mph), I hear an oscilating thump, thump, thump, thump coming from the front end. Is this also related to the way the suspension is set up? Someone told me that it is a tire balance issue and all I need to do is rotate the fronts side to side and rebalance. I just don't understand why it is happening (again). It happened on my OE tires and is starting up again after 4000 on my new set.

Thanks for the tips!

you mightve generated some flat spot memory from low inflation.

wats your psi? (or better yet, when was the last time you checked your
tire pressure?)

35 psi on both. I'm going to have the alignment checked to be safe.
