Mounting and balancing prices

I finally bought my toyo t1-4 tires for my 19 axis hiros. They're coming in on Friday. I bought them separately (wheels from ebay, tires from tires-easy.com). I called one of the local tire chains (sullivan tire) in the boston area, and they offer to mount and balance these wheels for $50 a wheel? I know many people buy packages, and get the mounting and balancing done for free, but does $50 seem right. I checked town fair tire, and they only offer if on wheels that were bought from them. Also, does anyone know any places around boston that might be cheaper? Thanks.

I just mounted a set of T1R on 19" in NYC and it cost me $25 a wheel, but be careful they did a little damage to my wheels on the top of the inner rim.
