What size aftermarket wheels and tires?

I'm looking for new wheels for my coupe, currently checking out the Racing Hart R5s with black lip. Guy at wheel auto haus suggested 19 x 9 F and 19 x 10.5 R on 245-35-19 F and 275-30-19 R... is this good, bad???

My goal is for as little variance in tire height in front or rears, and no rubbing or vcd issues.

The OEM size is
05 6MT:

5-spoke, 19 x 8.0-inch (front), 19 x 8.5-inch (rear) forged aluminum-alloy wheels with 225/40R19 (front), 245/40R19 (rear)

thanks,

~lenny

those sound like some messed up tire sizes. your stock 225/40/19 and 245/40/19 are 26.1"/26.7" diameters. the proposed 245/35/19 and 275/30/19 are 25.8"/25.5". rears would be smaller then the front. a better size would be all 35 series 245/35/19 and 275/35/19 gets you 25.8"/26.6"

you want to stay within 3% of your oem tire height for best results. 35 on front and back would be best.

The sizes you mentioned will work great.

I run the following on mine-
Volk Racing GT-C 19x8.5 F, 19x10.5 R
Falken FK-451 245/35R19 F, 285/35R19 R

The (275/35) sizes are fine but you also have to watch your offsets. I didnt and I had to roll my fenders.
