The Real Answer to this question is that there are two different sets used.
Look back at the different pics...
The bronze GT-Cs are dubs.....silver are 19s

True true.... bronze = 20s and silver = 19s. I spoke with someone from Top Secret and they said they switch it out between the two.

Looks like they are 20's. I have 19's on mine and looks a bit smaller than the ones on the Top Secret Skyline.
