those are 20s definitely...that fat azz lip is making the rim look smaller...

The Real Answer to this question is that there are two different sets used.
Look back at the different pics...
The bronze GT-Cs are dubs.....silver are 19s

True true.... bronze = 20s and silver = 19s. I spoke with someone from Top Secret and they said they switch it out between the two.

yeah but the pic at the top has silver rims, so are they 19's?

Hes a picture I found. Its kinda hard to tell but looks like it says 20.

Looks like they are 20's. I have 19's on mine and looks a bit smaller than the ones on the Top Secret Skyline.

those are 20's in the first pic, I had the magazine review when the car first came out
