Inexpensive wheel spacers :)
Inexpensive wheel spacers :)
I notice a lot of posts about wheel spacers, specifically 25mm.
These aren't hubcentric, but are very affordable and 1" spacers. 1"=25.4mm, and I use them for my 16" drag wheels on my 350Z.
You can get them from www.summitracing.com and they are part number TRD-7069. Technically they are a wheel adapter, because they fit on 5x4.5 and 5.4.75 (114.3=4.5) They are 39.99/pr. and you need new open end 12.125 lugnuts to bolt them on.
Then you need new 1/2" thread lugnuts to attach the wheels to the new studs. (lugnuts around $20 at pepboys for all)
I'm gonna see how they look on the G with its 8.5" +38 new shoes next.
oh yeah, if you get them, order one set first, then you will get a $15 off credit with your reciept for your next purchase! (shipping was 2 days)
Hope this helps someone

Re: Inexpensive wheel spacers :)
I put them on last nite, they look much better. I don't know what the lugnuts are like on the 18s, but the 17s have short lugnuts and work just fine with the spacers and my particular wheel. Here is the spacer on the car:

Re: Inexpensive wheel spacers :)
this is the back of the wheel. The part of the lugnut that protrudes past the mounting surface tucks up into the empty spaces in the back of the wheel:
