I guess it depends on how aggressive you want it.

I would go with 19x9 with +24 to +28 for the front and for the rear, I would go with 19x10 with +21 to +25 for the rear.

With those range, it is safe to say you don't have to roll your fender. You may be able to go little more aggressive w/o rolling your fender.
