Take it to a tire shop and see if they can patch it. Don't settle for a plug, get a patch. A plug can blow out on the highway. You can try an Infiniti dealership if there's one nearby. If you have the Bridgestones, any Firestone store should patch the tire for free, I think. I'm not sure what Goodyear's policy is, but they have stores, as well. You say 35 profile, so I'm guessing they're not the stock tires. :-) A patch is a patch, same amount of labor on any tire.

Your other option would be to put the "bolted" tire in the trunk, and put the spare on that wheel, and keep your speed down on your trip home, and get the tire fixed when you get there. If you go that route, double-check the pressure on the spare, especially if it's a donut instead of a full-size.

Either way, note that a compact spare tire is not meant for high speeds, and a patched tire voids the speed rating. Good luck. It's never fun to limp home.
