problem at 19k miles...

i have a 2005 G35c with STS package. for awhile (probably since 8k or 9k or so) i have heard increased road noise and tire roar when i am breaking from about 30mph to 0. i just checked my front tires and found that the inside both of my front tires are much more worn than the outsides. i realize that all of these observations point to the dreaded tire feathering problem. i know this topic has been beat to death but i just bought a new set of tires a week or so ago and i don't want to replace my old ones yet if there is an alignment problem or if i can get some free tires. my main question is can the feathering be due to hard driving or do i have a legitiment claim? i do corner hard on a regular basis but the rest of the front tire tread still has about 10k miles left. its just the inside blocks that are worn down to nothing. im leaving to go out of town for a few months in 4 days so thanks for helping me get this resolved.

still under warranty right? just take it to the dealer and get it checked. You paid 35K might as well get your moneys worth from the stealer.

well if your lowered might just be a camber problem which i dont think dealer will cover, but if OP isnt lowered I think they should cover it if its an issue.
