MAYA STM's!!!

Guys,

Think I have finally made my choice on rims! In looking at the Wheels and Tires section, I decided on some gunmetal finish Maya STM 19" rims and tires. Fronts measure 19"x9.0 and rears measure 19"x10.5. And according to WheelAutoHaus, they will clear Brembos as well!

Charles at WheelAutoHaus gave me a great rim and tire package as well. Lets just say comparably priced to certain models of Volk Racing rims.....

I have been communicating with a few members of this forum (you know who you are) and they have given me great advice. Everyone said that Maya's are one of the BEST wheels on the market, so I will definately be picking up a set of these.

Toyo T1R tires as well. Any reviews on these? Will post pics as soon as possible. Thanks for the help and support.

Don

I'm definitely interested in knowing what offset will clear the Brembos, and offer the most lip. Something aggressive, hopefully. Let us know!

Great choice of rims....That would look HAWWT on a DG coupe. Is there anyone on this board that has one on a DG?

I think someone else has them locally in NJ, I am going to try to check them out. Unfortunately he has 20's which I want no part of.

I guess I have all winter to decide.

Choices are:

Gunmetal Volk SF Winnings
Gunmetal Volk GT-M's
Gunmetal Maya STM's

Hey HERO,

I feel EXACTLY the same way about the DG Coupes with the GT-M's. They DID look way better in MY head as well. I am not sure if they look as good as I thought they would as well. My feelings exactly.

So now I am leaning back towards the SF Winnings (my original choice) or the Maya's. I do not want a chrom bling bling rim, just something nice to complement the color of the car. maya makes the STM's in gunmetal, and the SF Winnings also come in gunmetal.

I guess my choice is narrowed to two.

I am glad I am not the only one who thinks the GT-M's look a little funky.

I'd do the STM unless there is a big weight difference.

Hmmmm, interesting.

I can get the STM's WITH tires shipped for $3600 from a vendor on here! GREAT DEAL!

Maybe I will do that!

If aHero4Eternity says STM's, then STM's it is.....LOL.
