Is it possible to stick Nissan 16's on the coupe?

I have a free set of tires and rims that I can use and don't want to spend any more money...

The tires are 215/60/16 on nissan OEM Altima rims.

we'll need more info before we can answer that. Year, brembos/no brembos, coupe sedan because it depends on the brakes. Offset of the nissan wheels is also important for clearance and since its off a fwd car, they are usually high offset and won't work on a coupe
