OEM tire pressure monitor?

I want to upgrade my OEM wheel but don't want to loose the Tire pressure monitor. Does anyone know that if the tire pressure monitor is hard mounted to OEM wheel or can be remove and install on aftermarket wheel, thanks.

If I had to guess I'd say it's part of the valve stem and could be moved. But thats just a guess as I know nothing about the 04 tire pressure monitors. Ask you dealer maybe. Good luck.

Yup ... it is indeed part of the valvstem and is removable. Althought some wheels do have fitment issues.

Good Luck.
