sf challenge offset question

I've been getting quotes on a set of the ubiquitous volk sf challenge in 19x9.5 and 19x10.5 sizes; however, I've been getting conflicting advice on offsets. So here are my questions. Any help would be greatly appreciated as several pages of search results haven't helped. I'm running oem brembos.

1. What's the most aggressive offset that can be run up front? I've heard 19x9.5/+15 will work and that 19x9.5/+23 may work.

2. Will 19x10.5/+23 fit over the rears? http://www.rayswheels.co.jp/cgi-bin/...?modelName=SFC says no, but I can swear I came across an example somewhere of someone running this offset with brembos. I just can't seem to find to find it now.

I plan to run 245/35R19 and 275/35R19 with stock springs. The combo cannot require fender rolling.

the rear offset is ok, but i think the front is too aggressive. You might want to try around 19 for the front

19x9.5/+19 does not appear to be available for the sf challenge.
