If I had the stock 19s, I would run 245/35/19 front and 265/35/19 rears. The 265s will fit fine on the 8.5" rim, but I would go no wider. The fellow above running the 265/30s is killing the stagger, and running a tire that is too small in outer diameter.

The diameter is about .5" smaller.
But the speedometer is off by about 1.5mph only.

Also why am i killing the stagger?

245/35 ZR19 = 25.8" In Outer diameter

265/30 ZR19 = 25.3" In Outer diameter

265/35 ZR19 = 26.3" In Outer diameter

The above was taken from a Michelin PS2 Tire chart. The front OD should be from .5" to 1" lower in the front than the back. You have it the opposite way around. Your higher in front than the rear. The coupe is designed to handle properly with the stagger, and it's eletronics (VDC) are designed to recognize the stagger, and to protest when it's not there. I'm surprised your VDC is not acting up with your arrangement. The OD is not .5" off, but closer to an inch off in the rear. The front is fine. Also, you should have a large fender gap in the rear.

I just replaced my rears with 255/35 19 RE050A. I think it actually looks better. The slightly lower profile enhances the stance just a little bit more. Haven't had the chance to take any pics just yet.

I have this setup on my sedan (235/35R19) and with my drop on Tein STechs it looks prety good, if your car isn't that low you might want to go with a 40 series tire to fill the gap a little more.
