Recommendation on Pad/Rotor
Hi fellow G35 owners. I was wondering for those who changed ur brakes and rotors already. seems most are changing at 12,000 miles and i'm almost there.
Just frankly, i want to know what type of rotor and pad i should get. Brake that would still be similar to the feeling of OEM, but won't have the awful brake dust problem or not as much. If you would give me a price of what you paid and what company exactly. I've heard of STillen, EBC, and Hawk
so could u please help me out by letting me know what you have with rotors and brakes?
Thanks in advance.
i'll be writing it down so later i can get it. and how much does getting them installed cost these days? do i go to like the Goodyear auto place or a the Alarm installing places?

Re: Recommendation on Pad/Rotor
As far as I know yes any Z and G brake pads and rotors are interchangeble. Just gotta use either the non or brembo versions depending on your calipers. For example recently I went to nissan and got the rear pads, its exactly same part number as what was on my coupe when i bought it. Also the stillen rotors I bought were actually sold as Z rotors, fit perfectly on my coupe.

Re: Recommendation on Pad/Rotor
There wouldnt be any advantage besides more variety from companies. Some companies dont know about it or are too lazy to find out that a lot of Z and G parts are interchangeable and they just end up developing for the Z thinking that there would be a bigger aftermarket for the car.
