OEM G35 17"s on my 2006 6mt coupe

Hey all,
I have a 2006 6mt coupe with the 19" OEM wheels. I am in need of snow tires. I know someone that has a set of the 17" 6 spoke g35 OEM wheels with 215/55-17 Blizzaks off a 2003 or 2004 g35. I am pretty sure the lug spacing is OK and I checked the miata.net calculator and the diameter seems OK.

My question is: Do I need to purchase any spacers or anything else for these wheels to fit properly on my coupe?? Will they fit over my brakes?? Also, can anyone confirm the lug spacing for me??

I am supposed to pick up these wheels tomorrow so any help is greatly appreciated!!!

Here is a pic of the 17" wheel I am referring to.

Are they from a sedan? Either way they will fit, but without a staggered setup your VDC may give you some issues. I have the 17" sedan wheels on my 06 coupe so it will clear the brakes, but I'm running 225/50/17 in the front and 235/50/17 in the rear. It looks pretty funny because the offset are so high, but other than that they work fine.

I think the 17's will fit.
the AT and the MT have the same brakes and the 17's are standard on the AT so they should fit

I have the 17" on my coupe now and its fine, The front brake clearence is about as close as you are going to get. But you may also have to remove the front stud that in on the disc brake. Its a bolt that when in place, will not allow you to mount the rear set on the front. I had to remove mine for my 3rd set of wheels, but the oem ones were fine.

Those aren't the coupe 17's though, they are the sedan 17's from what I can tell, they have a higher offset and are more flat while the coupe 17's are more concave. Either way, they will fit, because I am personally using the sedan 17's on my 06 coupe. I just am running the coupe sized tires. The only possible problem is the nonstagged tire size which may throw off the VDC. There are people who have run 225/55/17 all around and not had an issue, so this setup may work.
