I have the exact same setup. No you do not need spacers. The offsets are already quite aggressive. They clear my Brembos no problem. I went with the most common 245/35 front and 275/35 rear tire sizing. I recommend this sizing over yours, as the overall diameter of your proposed sizing will be smaller than stock, and would also throw the speedo calibration off. Hope you can still find a set of LE's since they are no longer in production.

They are pretty close to being flush with the fenders. So fairly aggressive stance. Most guys are running 275 tires in the rear and the sidewalls are stretched. When dropping in mildly (i.e. Tein H-Techs), some have reported no rubbing issues. If any lower, then you might have to roll the rear fenders for added clearance. If left at stock height, you will not have any issues at all.
