The first set of rims most likely won't fit as they are 19x9.5 +35 and 19x10 +40.
In general, aftermarket rims designed for 350Zs and G35 coupes won't properly fit on an 07 G35 sedan as the width and offsets are too aggressive.
OTOH, you could probably get away with using stock 350Z/G35 coupe rims or aftermarket rims in the same size and offset as they are narrower and have less aggressive offsets.

Based on Railgunner's experience, he indicates his 19x9.5 +40 offset rear wheels sticks out about 1/4" from the fender. He recommends 19x9.5 +44 in the rear.
However, his car is not lowered and I believe that when it is lowered, the additional negative camber may bring the tires to flush with the rear wheel wells.
Additionally, the width of the rim would also affect how flush it is to the fender. 19x10 +40 will stick out 1/4" more on the outside of the wheelwell and 1/4" more closer to the shock on the inside than 19x9.5 +40.
