My guess: 20-25lbs. Get on the weight scale by yourself. Then get on the scale again carrying one wheel/tire to get the new weight. Minus the difference.

stock 17s with tires weigh at 46-50 pounds depending on your tires...just weighed mine the other day actually...so looking around 200 pounds 185-200 pounds for all 4!

I shipped a set of OEM 17" rims w/tires from SoCal to Chicago via UPS. If I remember correctly it was ~$90.

I covered the face of the rim with cardboard to protect it during shipping and used "Stretch Wrap" to hold it in place (http://www.fast-pack.com/stretch-wrap.html).

Go to a UPS Store for boxes, cardboard, tape and bubble wrap just make sure you protect the lips front and back. I would suggest shipping them in four separate boxes, which should be approx 50 lbs. per box (oem 19" & tires less for oem 17"). Try UPS Ground, DHL or FedEx Ground for estimated shipping charges based on zip codes.

cut out some cardboard in a circle that is an inch in diameter bigger than the rim. Set it on top of the wheel face and the back of the wheel and tape all around it so the carboard doesnt move.

When you buy wheels and tires already mounted and balanced from online sites, this is how they will ship them.
