I just negotiate a good deal with set of Axis Se7en MOD 19" x 8" with 45mm off set. My tire size choice is 245/40/19 since this is the one that closest to stock diamention not over or under sized. I have a 04 Sedan with AT and sports-tuned suspension. Will this setting fits perfectly on my car without any side effects? I want them to fit just inside the fender almost line up and not sticking out, is this is the correct off set?

Your tire width, rim width and offset choices are prefect. They will not rub at any point in the entire suspensions range of travel, basically from full extention to the bump stops.
