Need help ASAP!!

I need to know asap if a 9.5" wheel with +35 mm will look ok on my 04 sedan. I have a friend who is getting a good deal on some new rims and his now are 8.5" +38 mm on the front and 9.5" +35 on the rear.I would like to buy these from him today. I know that +45 on the rear would be best, but will this be ok. I think that I will have to get the fenders rolled. Please let me know asap so this wheels don't get gone.

It WILL require a roll, what sized tires are you planning on running?
