I have the St-1s as well and have the following set up, but not lowered.
245/35/19s front with 20mm offset
275/35/19s rear with 25mm offset
I have no rubbing issues and It moved the outer portion of the rim/tire set up inline with the outermost part of the fender... attached are some pics for your viewing pleasure...

if you search for topics about this, I know there are plenty, cause it is how became informed of offsets and clearence issues. g/l
