Well, looks like i am going to be puttin on my rims early this year. Was driving home on the LIE, when my car DIPPED down to the right, and i smelt BURNING rubber. I had a bubble in my tire, and must have nailed a pothole. It had been there for a while, but i was tryin to last as long as i could before puttin on the rims. Anyone else in NY, or Tri state area that has them, or is puttin them on soon? Weather was GORGEOUS today, so i hope it stays around this temperature! Ill post up some pics tomorrow. Hopefully i can definately get them on, gotta call a place called best tire. Unless anyone has some ideas of good shops around here? THanks fellas.

 

Haha, I started a thread like this earlier. I am putting mine on tomorrow as well. Although I didnt mess up anything on the stocks, i just feel like the weather is right, and cant wait any longer. I will be getting a wash in the morning and then putting them on since they are already polished.

 

OK, one person is all i needed to agree. Are you washing yours by hand? I might see if i can bring it to my boy who is a detailer. How much is yours going to cost? If you dont mind me asking. Im paying 150 mounted, and balanced. Also, does anyone know if i should get an alignment done?

Well, i put them on! Gotta get some pics up. Car is VERY dirty, but i LOVE the look of them! I drove home, and got more compliments on my car than i have since i owned it! Car will go in the gargage for the low temps, then come out when it gets nicer...

I was in a couple months ago! You have some serious bankers hours! I missed you twice! Also, i got a friend named Frank Banks, he says he knows you. He towed my truck a couple weeks ago. You know him? He was telling me some stories about you, pretty funny!

I think he has a hayabusa. He does towing for Martino autobody, its right by my house. He is a member of the Glenwood Fire Department. He is black, very nice guy!
