Wheel Locks covered under Warranty?
My '04 Coupe came new with wheel locks, I didn't pay extra for them. This weekend, I ended up breaking one of the wheel locks as I was tightening it by hand. The key broke partly and the lug nut itself shattered. Did '04 models come standard with wheel locks? Would this be covered under warranty? Thanks.
My opinion is that they would be covered under the car warranty if they were delivered with the car, and assuming they are Infiniti/Nissan branded locks. You have nothing to lose by asking/insisting.
