Rear rim offset question

I'm looking to get 19s for my car. I have a 03 sedan and wanted to know if a 19x9.5 with a +40 offset rim will give me trouble? I will be installing the 350z suspension soon.
Need an answer asap thx

if you use 275/30/19 roll your fenders....if you use 265/30/19 you will be ok.
