ok.. lemme rephrase that.. its lighter than i expected and actually lighter than some 17s ive picked up in the past. that work better?

sterns aint exactly generic rims.. plus, if i had the money to spend, i would already have the rims i wanted. lol theres a difference.. i got bills to pay. i aint livin at home like some of yall ya know!

Sterns are just cheap knockoffs of PIAA wheels. If you like those, get the PIAA Super Rozza or the Super Mesh.

it almost seems like half the rims these days are knockoffs though.

IMO it is not worth it to be cheap and get heavy wheels just to spend another $1-2k on engine mods to get it back. I made this mistake the first time around. Get a good set of forged wheels the first time around and then save up for engine mods with your already fast car.

I have bills to pay to and know the value of saving up for better quality parts.

I'd rather roll stock wheels than spend money on cheap knockoffs. Why not just shop used wheels? You can find something decent for a good price on here...
