Heres my situation, there a set of hre 547 19" for sale with unspecified tires (aprox 40% tread life.), in almost perfect condition. The guy is selling them for 3,400. He wont budge on the price. Should I jump on this, or get some other look a like wheel. There too expensive new.

depends..how long were they used for and what is the new price.

You don't see HRE's for sale used that often. I would assume that is about $1k off the standard price but with 40% tire left how were they cared for over the 60%???
