More cost effective sizing option

I have a set of wheels, if some of you remember from a thread i posted a while back ago, that has holes that are too thing for the stock studs. I was wondering if it would be more cost effective to either get the holes resized or buy new studs/lugs.

To be quite honest . . . I would sell the rims which you have and get a new set.
