Re: Snow Tires are On!

Hey Sam, How's it going bro?
Sister will be so pleased to know her snows are on. Thanks for looking after her ride (and her). It's a little far for me to trip on over and do it myself.
Yeh, the ride is a treat, and thankfully we're not watched too closely, lol, or we'd all be banned too (to the hoosgow)

Take care bro, and a safe and happy holidays to you and your family. Give your sis a hug for me, and thanks for looking after her.

Snow Tires are On!

Thanks to everyone that posted info on the jacking points and offered help on the matter. This weekend the snow tires went on my sister's 03 G sedan (MissMaz) and the toughest part was getting my act together.

Thanks again,

Sam

Is it just me, or is this a sticky thread?

Re: Snow Tires are On!

I am glad to be back in Chicago after a great holiday in Michigan. I actually got a chance to see what the snow tires had (Laura and I rode up together and took the G). What great tires!! She picked up the Pirrelli Blizzaks. I always thought some one else made the blizzak but I guess the name was sold.

At any rate, thanks for the replies!

Colin, I would be happy to help you put the tires on but get the feeling I would do more harm than good. I seem to be all thumbs in the auto repaire department.

I hope you all had a terrific holiday!!

Sam

Re: Snow Tires are On!

Are you sure they're Pirelli? Bridgestone makes the Blizzaks. I thought Pirelli only had Winter SnowSports and Winter Ice tires in their line.
